which one is better for teeth whitening: crest whitestrips supreme or crest whitestrips advanced seal?

which is one is better than two. where should i buy it from? people say it is better to order it from online since it is from high quality. is it true. please answer mine. maybe i will answer yours?

Crest Whitestrips Supreme are definitely a better option. The Advanced Seal kits are purported to be the same as a whitening job in a dentist's office, but it isn't true.
The Supreme or the Pro Effects are probably better ideas - they're more affordable and more effective (although really, even the classic whitestrips are pretty effective).
