How much moisturizer should you use to have a fresh look?
Moisturizer should be applied to a freshly cleaned face before applying makeup. Put a dime sized amount in your hand and smooth it all over the face. A little more can be used if the skin still feels tight or if it isn't enough. The skin should feel fresh and moist but not greasy.
A light moisturizer is best for daytime use and a heavier moisturizer for night time. Lotions and moisturizers should be light consistency and soak into the skin quickly.
Water-based moisturizers soak in quick and do not leave the skin feeling greasy or oily. These are good for day time use under makeup or alone. They help to make the skin look fresh and reduce redness and puffiness and give the makeup a good foundation. A light sprit zing or misting of water on the face after moisturizing helps to keep the skin hydrated and looking fresh.
Heavier moisturizers are better for night time and should be used before going to bed. You can also apply a little under eye cream as well to keep the skin under the eyes smooth and wrinkle free. There are many anti aging skin care products on the market that are good for keeping the skin smooth and supple. Look for products that are water based and light and have antioxidants to reduce the free radicals that contribute to wrinkles and aging. Products with vitamin A and vitamin E help too.
How often should you use moisturizer?
Once or twice a day is a good rule of thumb. You should use it once in the morning under makeup and once at night before bed as a minimum. You can also apply moisturizer after a bath or shower for added softness.
Moisturizer is not only for women, men benefit from using a moisturizer also. Good skin care is for both men and women. Men often neglect their skin because they do not typically use lotion and skin care products.
Note: By researching and comparing the best Anti Aging Formulas in the market, you will determine the one that is safe and right for you.

couple of Visine Anti-Redness and Anti-histamine drops a day...is that bad?
I get about 5 to 7 hours of sleep every weekday.
After i wake up, my eyes are pretty red and they stay that way for the entire day. And don't say it's cause I'm tired. I know people that get less sleep than me and have white eyes.
From since about a year ago, I started using Visine anti-redness and anti-histamine eyedrops. It dramatically reduces my redness and it feels refreshing to my eyes. I only put about 1 to 2 drops in each eye everyday.
So i've heard that too much of anti-redness drops can cause this "rebound redness" or something? And that's the last thing I want. I've also heard it can cause problems with the eye.
So my main questions are, is 1 to 2 drops in each eye everyday too much and will it cause rebound redness or illness?
If it isn't, can i just keep doin it for the rest of my life? if it is, should i just stop? and if i stop, what other methods (or other eyedrops) are there to reduce redness without negative effects?
I'm scared
Using anything to excess can cause problems. It doesn't sound like you are abusing the eye drops, but you might want to switch to Naphcon-A drops. This product combines redness reliever with an antihistamine. You're supposed to use it 4x a day, but you'd only have to use one product instead of two.
There's no guarantee it will work for you, but it's certainly worth a try. The drug store where you buy it may have their own brand of the same ingredients for less money, too. If you can't find it, ask the pharmacist.
Good luck!
