Is it better to shave your legs with aloe vera gel?

Does that actually work to help prevent/soothe red bumps on your legs/bikini area? I have extremely sensitive skin, and sensitive formula shaving cream hasn't helped me. Any other alternatives out there?

It might help a little but the best thing for shaven legs to get rid of those bumps is a type of toner like witch hazel, lemon juice.. Google homemade toners and will get a list of easy formulas to make for after shaving. good luck

Should I take Mega Men's Sport multi vitamin before a workout?

Like 1 hour before my workout?

Okay...I am no doctor, but I would think you'd want to maximize the absorption and benefits of the nutrition you receive from the supplement; and to that end, depending on whether it is time released, you'd want to ingest the supplement with food well before you workout.

For example, if you workout in the morning, take your supplement with Dinner. If you prefer to work out during lunch hours take it with Breakfast (you know you shouldn't be missing this important meal). Or, if after a day at work you need to work out more than your muscles (he, he), then take your supplement with lunch.

btw, don’t EVER forget to eat something, i.e. protein shake/smoothie, or just a banana, within fifteen minutes after working out. This is the ONE way you help your body to recover quickly, and prepare it for the next workout.

Depending how often you work out, how intense, and your age it may behoove you to take an ibuprofen before AND after working out. As you know, ibu’s help prevent inflammation, thereby alleviating pain.

Does YAHOO care even a LITERATI bit about frustrating its loyal Literati players?

Literati players feel that beta formats & other messing with the already fine formats etc seem to always be done to Literati. (eg. many of us STILL have to manually move up the lines of type below the screen to see the scoring/typing).
NOW, for the past 2 days, the letters and boards in Literati are SO TEEEENSIE that we can't read them; this possibly a result of the new banner ads/address bar?... Nope! If that were the case, why does it not affect OTHER games rooms? (eg. Gin) Pleeeeeeeeeeez can we have a playable room back and go mess with somebuddy else for a change???

Feelin' your pain,sistah! However, while I get those new and ridiculous banner ads above the game table, I'm not having a prob with the font size; to me, it's the same as usual. Are you sure it's not a setting on your computer?

I am currently using lab series oil control solution for toner and oil control daily hydrator for my moisturiser. I was wondering if there is any other products in the market that are more value for its money.

say a man who is 160 pounds off the ground . assuming he was standing and not holding on to something .
also how often does this level of wind come when its not part of a tornado or huricane. i live in ontario the begining of northern ontarion has that ever happened here.

We worked in Greenland where the wind and storms brew up very very fast out of nowhere. There are C-5A's which are huge military aircraft. The wind was blowing so hard that it was moving the aircraft. Be aware however that the tarmac was frozen over with ice so there wasn't much resistance between the wheels of the aircraft and the frozen runway/tarmac.

In Omaha,NE the other day wind was blowing 50MPH and it was pretty tough trying to walk but it was possible to in fact walk.

I think if it were blowing about 70+ MPH you'd probably get knocked down.

What is the BEST pale foundation for tan skin?

I need good foundation for covering up my skin. I want it to stay long, and not become solid. Also, I would like it to be under ten dollars and at least be in WalMart, Pathmark, or Sally's Beauty Supply.
