Is there such a thing as too much herbal/green tea?
I've recently become addicted to drinking herbal teas. Currently I'm having several cups a day of 3 different teas.
Dark chocolate tea - Ceylon and China Black tea, chocolate pieces and cocoa bean kernels, flavouring
China Green tea, spearmint.
Rooibos Original, Rosehip, Mallow flowers, Mango oil.
I can have anything between 3 to 6 cups of these each per day.
Also I sometimes have one can of cola and/or one coffee per day depending on sugar cravings or coffee cravings.
I dont add sugar to any tea or coffee.
Is my caffeine intake too high?
And is there such a thing as too much of a good thing?
i.e. scientists have said it is bad for you to overdose on certain vitamins, could the same be said for the anti-oxidants in black and green tea?

Above links say drinking too much like over 10 cups can harm kidney and liver. Everyone probably has different body systems because I cannot take over 2-3 cups a day because of the acid from green tea. Everything in moderation is good with diet....and life too.
