Arizona Iced Tea (Black Iced Tea with lemon)?
Basically, is black pekoe tea good for constipation? (I am drinking the Arizona Lemon Iced Tea kind).
Also had some prunes, corn, enzymes, Almighty Cleanser formula two (has Psyllum Husk in the ingredients).
